The Atlassian Foundation has a range of policies and procedures to support us in achieving our mission. The Atlassian Foundation is committed to ethical behaviour that is aligned with our values and complies with all relevant state, territory and commonwealth laws.

Anti-Terrorism, Anti-Fraud and Safeguarding Against Funds Misuse

We are committed to taking all reasonable efforts to ensure any funds or in-kind support we provide to our partners and third parties are not being directed towards Terrorist Activities and to mitigate against fraud, theft, misappropriation, money laundering and the misuse of funds and corruption in the transfer of funds from AFIL.

Child Protection Policy

This policy sets out our commitment to the safety and well-being of all children and to zero tolerance of child abuse, and provides guidance to our personnel and project partners as to our principles and practices when engaging with children.

Child Protection Code of Conduct

The Child Protection Code of Conduct is to be signed and acknowledged by all AFIL and Atlassian staff before visiting children as part of an AFIL project or program.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and so is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you.

Conflicts of Interest

The Conflicts of Interest policy helps board members of AFIL effectively identify, disclose and manage any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest in order to protect the integrity of AFIL and manage risk.

Whistleblower Policy

Our Whistleblower Policy ensures that AFIL Personnel and Collaboration Partners can report undesirable behaviours such as unethical, unlawful, fraudulent or other misconduct, anonymously and confidentially without fear of intimidation, retaliation or adverse employment action being taken against them.
